Puppies for adoption!

Okay, we have a situation here and I am asking all of you out there who believe in compassion , love and whatever your good book have taught you above love and compassion to pause and consider this appeal. Jacqueline does not want your money, she spend about RM6,000 per month out of her own pocket to fuel her passion on animal rescue. All she wants from me or rather you is to help her to house these little puppies. In her words, give them a chance, they are loyal God's creatures.
With this in mind, I am asking all of you who are Christian, Mormons, Hindu, Muslim , Taoist, Buddhist, Bahai, or others. I am asking you to put your compassion and love into practise, help us find a home for all these animals. You may not be able to take in another dog, but your friends or neighbour may be able to do so.
I am enclosing pictures in low resolution of Jacqueline and a helper Eric, and pictures of some of the doggie. All of them are available for adoption. You may contact her direct if you are keen and if you have friends who can help out, can you please forward this mail to them.

My first condo......(2)
So developer introduce meto the panel contractor for rennovations (there is only one contractor there...). I went on asking for a quotations. But he insists i wait for a week to first have a look on the unit above me whereby he is rennovating. Ok, i waited. And it first looks great!
Plaster ceiling complete with more than 12 down light, complete kitchen cabinet (10.5 feet) bottom and the upper wall. Yart side another cabinet for cooking and a double sinks. i was quite impress at first....
Later i sit back n think bout it... the plaster ceiling is making the roof a little bit low. After they installed the fan...if i stand straight, i can almost touch the fan's wings. So dangerous!!!!
Anyway, it's all too early to decide anything.
I ask the contractor a preview quotation. After that my wife n me just venture among the floor and we found out there r anothe contractor. We ask the indonesian to bring me to their office. So, i later found out that is the developer's inhouse contractor. So we ask them for a quotation also. It cost around RM20k++ whick i think it's a bit too expensive considering thedegree of rennovation we want....
I try to negotiate and found out the panel is ganstering the inhouse contractor for all prices of rennovations. They even ask those owner's own brought contractor to pay a 10% amount of money as compensations of allowing them to come in. There had already cases whereby people went to lodge a police report. This is scary...it feels like we are being held with a parang at our neck waiting to be slaughtered....
So after consulting my father and comparing the prices of rennovation to my sis's one at Kajang, i realize that it's way to expensive....(to be cont...)

Whoosh! I was very happy when i first received mail from developer to go collect keys. So, we went... In the mail stated we need to pay 1month maintenence deposit and 3months maintenence for month April, May and June plus some minor interst of late release from bank (~RM75.00)...(My friend got penalty ~RM3000++ n later reduce to RM~RM1000++) Oklor...I think with the total of ~RM750 i still can live with it. So i paid the money and got the "keys".
Later i found out there is still no water and electricity supply yet...! What??!! Then, how come they ask us to come to collect for keys??? According to one of my friend, our Housing's YB, Datuk Ong Ka Ting once announced that developer cannot do this anymore. Water and electricity must come first than "Keys".....Gonna check this out later, anyone know the link??
So, in no choice circumstances i still need to took the "Keys" and first thing the developer give us is the "DEFECTS form" to check on all the minor minor repair we need in the unit. So , we went up to 21st floor...(Yeah i live that high...). Open the door, and felt "yeah, my first property...what a feeling..." We went around and check...there are a lot of paint defects... so we taped and recorded all the points. I use three forms...that's mean 30 defects...! Wao! Anyway it's nothing that needed major repair... Ok la....
So, now come the part to look for quotations for renovations....

Gundam Zaku ver 2.0 and Gundam Zaku Mine Layer... the later is selling 800yen more than Zaku ver2.0...Anyway, my point is can anyone spot the differences in the two??? hahahaha.... Bandai is really stupid to had make these two model so alike...! Another cash squishing scheme....Clue.... look at the back pack.....hahaha...

HG Nadleeh
HG Nadlee is very bulky with armor...but Bandai did a very good job in the articulation when Nadleeh purges all his armor and become highly mobility!
I like his "look like" beard and pony tail....it's suited with his pilot's character. Pretty yet very "Man"... haha...

MG Strike with "EXTRA" weapons call MG Launcher Sword Strike
LauncherSwordStrike.....Nice weapon system....However, MG Strike have a small problem... It's his legs!! It's NOT flexible as most of the MGs like MK II, Zeta....Let me explain as below...

Haha...Bandai is publishing ROLLOUT EXIA. THis is really money earning scheme despite it's already have FG, HG1/144, HG1/100. Now FG 1/144 Roll Out Exia..! Anyway, it's not bad. But i bet the next one to come out will be FG 1/144 TransArm Exia in RED or Pink. Then the cycle repeats....HG 1/144, HG 1/100...Wonder when the MG is coming out. hahahaha...
My precious......7months.
Haha...had been sometime i never wrote anything on my precious liao... She is almost 7 months liao... Had been getting naughtier and cuter day after day...
Still remember the first sick she had...eyes sores (red eyes). Me and my wife were so nervous! I brought her to clinic the night i went to my mum in law. (Baby is taken care by my mum in law...) And when i saw that red eyes, my heart sank! I was very sorry for her... I quickly finished up dinner and straight away send her to the clinic. At first we intend to bring her to Glen-eagles. But it's like ~7pm...Glen-eagles will only send me to emergency. So, I changed my mind and send her to the kids specialist clinic at Cheras.
Doctor examine her and told us " Its a start of eyes infections...dun worry..." Gave the eye drop and some fever medicine for "just in case" she develop a fever.
We went home and started the treatment... It did not changes till the next day when i saw the redness is getting lesses and duller. Woah! What a relief!
Guess being a first time father is this way. Everything will be extremely "Gan Jiong"... hahaha....
